What documentation is required to open the package?
Residents:
- ID card or passport (copy)
- CIPS residence certificate not older than 3 months (original or copy)
- BBI Package Application Form (available at a branch)
The Bank reserves the right to request additional documentation if required.
Non-residents:
- Certified copy of passport
- Passport translation into one of the official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina (except for citizens of Serbia, Montenegro, and Croatia)
- Residence registration (white card or hotel confirmation)
- BBI Package Application Form (available at a branch)
