Free Current Account Opening and Maintenance
Opening and maintaining a current account are included in the package at no additional cost.
BBI Visa Debit Card Without Annual Fees
Card issuance, reissuance, and annual membership fees for the primary cardholder are included in the package price.
Digital Banking at No Additional Cost
mBBI Mobile Banking and eBBI Internet Banking are available without monthly fees.
Up to 10 Free Non-Cash Transfers Per Month
Execute up to 10 non-cash transfers per month, with a total value of up to BAM 10,000, free of charge.

All included services are available for a monthly fee of BAM 4.70.

How to Apply?

Submit an Application
Apply for the BBI Sustainable Package online or at the nearest Bank branch.

Provide Required Documentation
Submit a valid identification document and the basic documentation required for opening the package.

Once the application has been processed, the current account, debit card, and digital banking services included in the package will be activated.

What documentation is required to open the package?
For residents:
- ID card/passport (copy)
- CIPS residence certificate not older than 3 months (original or copy)
- BBI Package Application Form (available at a Bank branch)
The Bank reserves the right to request additional documentation if necessary.
For non-residents:
- Certified copy of passport
- Passport translation into one of the official languages of Bosnia and Herzegovina (except for citizens of Serbia, Montenegro, and Croatia)
- Residence registration document (white registration card or hotel confirmation)
- BBI Package Application Form (available at a Bank branch)
The Bank reserves the right to request additional documentation if necessary.
