As stated in the explanation of the “Best business move in 2022” award, the analysts of the Indikator.ba portal awarded BBI Bank the award for the purchase of 60 new multifunctional ATMs, which represents one of the largest investments in the ATM network. These ATMs are equipped with a special CRM option that allows customers to easily communicate with the bank’s team. Also, ATMs offer the possibility of exchanging currencies (Euros and Dollars) and can be used to deposit cash for individuals and legal entities, including coins.
