Dear Clients,
Over the past two weeks, there has been an increase in phishing activities (via SMS and email) targeting users of banking services.
These messages may appear legitimate and often contain:
- warnings about an alleged account suspension or blockage
- requests to “restore access”
- links directing users to fraudulent websites that imitate official bank websites
It is important to note that these attempts misuse banks’ visual elements and brand names to make the messages appear as convincing as possible.
Important Security Reminders
- The Bank will never ask you to enter your login credentials through links.
- The Bank will never request your PIN, one-time passwords, or other confidential information via email or SMS.
- Official communications are always sent through verified and secure channels.
What You Can Do
- Pay close attention to the sender’s address and the appearance of links.
- Avoid clicking on unverified links.
- If in doubt, verify the information directly with the Bank.
- Check the communication channels: the Bank communicates only through previously established and verified methods.
We would like to emphasize that BBI Bank continuously undertakes all necessary protective measures and that the security of clients and their funds has not been compromised.
Your awareness and caution contribute significantly to maintaining security. We thank you for your trust and cooperation.
