Branch managers in the Zenica region successfully completed the training cycle within the Managerial Excellence Program 2025/2026 and received certificates confirming their newly acquired knowledge and competencies.
The program was designed to strengthen key managerial skills, with a focus on operational excellence, effective team management, and the development of high-quality, long-term client relationships.
Through interactive workshops, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with trainer Naida Pervan, participants had the opportunity to enhance their expertise through practical work and real business case examples. In this way, the program further reinforced an excellence-driven approach based on continuous learning, professional development, and the application of acquired competencies in everyday work.
