Bosna Bank International d.d. issues the following types of bank guarantees in the country and abroad at the request of its clients:
For clients who have concluded a framework contract, the issue is made on the same working day when the order and the corresponding documentation are submitted.
Notes:
commission is calculated and charged quarterly in advance
the cost of confirmation is borne by the client
The bank also accepts all kinds of guarantees from other banks in favor of its clients (loro guarantees).
The prices of the services are defined by the valid Fee Tariff for legal entities of the Bank. The Bank reserves the right to change the Tariff for risky or more complex transactions.
Any legal entity that needs a bank guarantee can apply for a guarantee at BBI Bank. If you already have an established business relationship with BBI, you can submit a request for guarantee approval to your company’s account at the Bank. If you do not have an established business relationship with BBI, you can submit the request to the BBI bank protocol or by fax to the number 033 203 122.
We recommend using the general warranty approval application found on this page to reduce the possibility of error and shorten the warranty approval process.
Other required documentation that must be attached to the application is:
• Form of guarantee
• Official financial statements for the previous three accounting periods
• Data about the company (founders, management, number of employees, activity engaged in, branch of industry in which it operates, position of the company on the market, competition)
• Section of the balance from the previous month on the BBI form
• Consent to CRK verification
• Certificate from the Tax Administration that there are no outstanding overdue obligations (not older than three months)
• Certificate from the Indirect Tax Administration that there are no due and unpaid obligations based on indirect taxes.
• Extract from the Court Register (not older than three months)
• Notification of the competent authority for statistics on the classification of the subject by activity
• Company ID number
• Copy of identity card and CIPS application form for authorized persons
• Related party statement
• External auditor’s report (only for joint-stock companies)
• Other documents at the Bank’s request, depending on the type of guarantee (tender documentation, contract, etc.)
