We inform you that from Sunday, November 19, from 10:00 p.m. to Monday, November 20, 2023, until 06:00 a.m., there may be an interruption or difficult access to the processing of card transactions for all BBI payment cards, due to the implementation activities aimed at upgrading and improving the existing card system. During the mentioned period, there may be an interruption of the ATM network.
In addition, it is possible that from Monday, November 20, to Friday, November 24, 2023, access to the Kwiko, CardGuard and SMS notification services will be difficult. Therefore, we invite you to download the new versions of the Kwiko and CardGuard applications in order to avoid possible disruptions in your daily work.
