Ibro Osmanović and Hrvoje Lovrić joined the Management Board of BBI Bank

Supervisory Board of Bosna Bank International d.d. Sarajevo, with the prior consent of the FBiH Banking Agency, appointed Ibra Osmanović as a member of the Bank’s Management Board for business with legal entities and Hrvoj Lovrić as a member of the Bank’s Management Board in charge of Operations and IT.

Ibro Osmanović and Hrvoje Lovrić gained enviable experience during many years of work in management positions in financial institutions, which includes credit risk management, structuring of special credit arrangements, development of new products in accordance with market needs, improvement of the quality of business organization, digital transformation and introduction of digital solutions that improved the entire banking system in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The new members of the Management Board join the existing Management Board, which consists of the President of the Management Board, Alek Bakalović, Azra Hadžiomeragić, member of the Retail Management Board and Jasmina Dobrača, member of the Risk and Finance Management Board.

The management, strengthened by new members, will enable additional efficiency and modernize the Bank’s operations in accordance with the needs of Bosnia and Herzegovina. market and the highest business standards, but also to strengthen the trust of clients.

BBI bank marked its business results in 2022 with an above-average growth in market share according to profitability indicators and strategic client segments. In 2022, BBI Bank achieved a business result of 14.7 million KM, i.e. a growth of 356% compared to the official results of the previous year. We are one of the few banks on the BiH market that reached this size through organic growth, which enabled us to build a unique corporate culture and value system. BBI operates within 32 business units across BiH and with more than 150 ATM devices within the BH ATM Network, the third largest number of ATMs in FBiH.
