ABOUT THE PROGRAM
The “10 BBI Talents” program is a six-month paid initiative designed for young, college-educated individuals without work experience. The goal of this program is to provide participants with a platform for learning and gaining their first work experience, preparing them for entry into the dynamic job market.
Ten young, creative, and ambitious participants will have the opportunity to take their first professional steps with the support of experienced mentors, employees of the Bank. The program offers an optimal combination of learning about the Bank’s work processes, enabling participants to acquire valuable knowledge and skills necessary for their future careers.
