Users of debit BBI Mastercard® cards who, within one month, make at least two online purchases at any domestic retailer in the total minimum amount of 1KM, will receive a refund in the amount of 10KM. This is the amount they will receive regardless of the device they use to pay online. And the devices can be a smartphone or a watch, a computer or a tablet. This promotion starts on the 1st and will last until the 31st of May this year.
The increasing popularity of online shopping, which is recognized as a simple, fast and safe way of payment, is also evidenced by data on the change in consumer behavior. They were recorded by the MasterIndex BiH survey for 2021, according to which 77% of users have a contactless card, and as many as 88% of respondents would like to confirm payment by scanning their face or fingerprint.
A study on the habits and expectations of active card users in our country, which the Mastercard company traditionally conducts every year, points out that this fast and safe payment method is most often used in supermarkets (53%), at gas stations (32%) and for buying clothes (30 %), but medical institutions (27%), grocery stores (21%) and drugstores (17%) are not far behind.
To participate in the promotion of online shopping and online payment, it is enough to make at least 2 online payments with a total aggregate value of 1 KM or more during the promotional period, from May 1 to May 31, which automatically entitles you to cash back in in the amount of 10 KM.
The refund is made by automatic payment by the bank issuing the card to the account to which the card is linked. One card with a unique card number can receive a maximum refund of 10 KM in a period of one month. As a reminder, the deadline is from May 1 to May 31. Online transactions that do not participate in the promotion are transactions related to gambling and games of chance.
Payments of monthly utility bills that you make online with your payment card on portals or in applications of utility bill issuers that support this option (e.g. applications of telecom and cable operators, etc.) can participate in this campaign.
