By opening a current account, clients have the opportunity to dispose of their own money from their regular monthly income and to use additional funds in accordance with the amount of their monthly income:
• allowed overdraft when they need cash and for cashless payment of goods and services by debit card, i
• shopping limit exclusively for non-cash payment of goods and services via debit card with deferred payment, on a revolving basis.
Users of the BBI Mastercard Debit or Mastercard Debit Gold card have the option of disposing of their own funds from the current account and approved limits, through one card.
With the BBI Product Package, in addition to the standard overdraft on your current account, you can exercise your right to a Shopping limit.
The owner of the current account can use the approved Shopping limit exclusively with a debit card for cashless payment of goods and services at points of sale that accept Mastercard cards.
The shopping limit is based on the revolving principle, and the user pays only a part of the amount spent each month.
By paying the monthly obligation, the available amount of the Shopping limit is renewed, up to the maximum approved amount.
The shopping limit can be approved up to a maximum of 10,000.00 KM.
To use the Shopping limit, the User pays a one-time fee of 11% per completed transaction.
Monthly obligations due to the User based on the Shopping limit are 3% of the amount spent, minimum 30.00 KM.
After a cashless transaction via debit card, the client receives an SMS message asking if he wants to split the transaction into installments (all transactions above 60.00 KM can be paid from the shopping limit, for transactions below 60.00 KM the client will not receive an SMS, and transactions are posted directly from available funds in the current account)
If the client, within 60 minutes of the transaction being made, responds to the received SMS in the affirmative (answer: YES), the transaction is divided into installments, and the client receives a message confirming that the transaction has been successfully divided into installments
If the client does not respond to the sent SMS inquiry (within 60 minutes of the transaction being made) for the completed transaction, the available funds from the current account will be debited
If there are not enough funds on the Shopping limit to complete the transaction, the available funds are automatically debited from the current account, and the SMS message will not even be sent.
If there are not enough funds in the current account (including the approved overdraft) to complete the transaction, the client will not even receive an SMS message with a query, but the available funds will be automatically debited from the Shopping limit and the transaction will be divided into installments.
On the mBBI application, it is possible to divide the transaction into installments within 60 minutes from the moment of making the transaction.
For a Shopping limit on a current account, you need to meet the following criteria:
Permanent employment for a minimum of 6 (six) months continuously
Opened current account in the Bank to which regular monthly inflows are paid in the form of salary and hot meal
One of the product packages is active: ACTIVE, PRACTICE, CLASSIC and PLATNIUM.
