A new financing line from BBI Bank and the Ministry of Economy of Sarajevo Canton

Incentive financing for micro and small businesses at a rate of 0 percent
BBI Bank and the Ministry of Economy of Sarajevo Canton have signed a new joint agreement on the line of incentive financing intended for micro and small enterprises in the area of ​​Sarajevo Canton. 
Member of BBI Bank’s Management Board for business with legal entities, Ibro Osmanović, and member of the Management Board for retail business, Azra Hadžiomeragić, signed an agreement with the Minister of Economy of the Sarajevo Canton, Zlatko Mijatović, on the allocation of dedicated funding to small business entities.
Multi-year significant support for the realization of investments is part of the Small Business Development Program, which was created with the aim of facilitating access to the financial resources necessary for the business development of these companies. On this occasion, BBI Bank will place significant financial resources with a profit margin subsidy in the value of up to 1.5 million BAM, provided by the Ministry of Economy of Sarajevo Canton.
Planned financing provided by BBI Bank will be available to micro and small companies to ensure current liquidity, more productive operations and growth of economic activities, as well as financing for permanent working capital. Priority in realizing the right to incentive funding is achieved by micro and small business entities that state in the submitted application for funding that they will provide new employment. With the goal of easier access to financing, users will be able to receive funds with a maximum repayment term of up to 84 months and a grace period – that is, the possibility of contracting a deferred repayment period of up to 2 years, and when submitting the relevant requests, they will not have financing processing costs.

Strengthening the BiH economy through constant support for small entrepreneurs BBI Bank is continuously working to strengthen the economy of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the community in which it operates, by providing support and opportunities for the development and improvement of the businesses of businessmen. In this way, the total borrowing costs for business entities are reduced, they are enabled to access capital on more favorable terms, which in the long term can lead them to innovation and improvement of competitiveness, creation of new jobs and encouragement of further development. Interested entrepreneurs will be able to get more information and apply for financing by publishing a Public Call, which will soon be published in the media, on the website of BBI Bank and the Ministry of Economy of Sarajevo Canton.
