BBI Bank today started the “10 BBI Talents” Program, a three-month paid program intended for young people with a university degree.

This initiative aims to invest in young talent as a key component for building successful communities and business development. Young people bring new ideas and perspectives to the environment, and it is essential to provide them with adequate support on their business journey. With this goal in mind, BBI Bank is launching the “10 BBI Talents” Program for the second year in a row. The program offers participants a platform to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities that will help them in their future careers.

Ten young, creative and ambitious participants, who successfully passed the selection process, were given the opportunity to work at BBI Bank under the mentorship of experienced employees. During the duration of the program, their progress will be monitored, and there is a possibility of employment at BBI Bank after the end of the program.

Full of enthusiasm and motivation, they fit in great with the rest of the team, which has more experience and knowledge of business processes. It is also an opportunity for mutual learning and complementing each other. The continuation of this program will certainly bring new opportunities for training and growth, both for the participants and for the BBI Bank team,” said Sanela Mrgan-Balić, director of the HR Department at BBI Bank, emphasizing the success of last year’s program, after which nine participants worked at BBI Banks.
