The BBI Program “Young Talents 2023/2024” has started, a six-month paid program intended for young, university-educated people. The goal of this program is to offer participants a platform for learning and gaining their first work experience so that they are ready to enter the dynamic labor market.

Ten young, creative and ambitious participants, who have successfully passed the selection process in recent months, will have the opportunity to take their first professional steps with the support of experienced mentors, employees of the Bank, with an optimal combination of learning about the work processes within the Bank.

“To create the first relevant experiences in business, we created the Program, which will last for the next six months. The program is intended for all those who are ready to learn, achieve results, and above all, young people who are motivated to achieve excellence in everything they do. The idea of this program is for young talents to become part of the BBI banka team in the future, to work in an environment where they can fully show and develop their full potential – with the support of management, mentors and work colleagues,” said Sanela Mrgan – Balić, director. HR Department at Bosna Bank International and added that investing in young people is actually investing in the future of both BBI Bank and the social community as a whole.

Opportunities at every step – proactive approach for further development

A systematic and efficient approach to education, work on concrete projects and important business skills is an opportunity for the development of individual professional careers of the participants of the Program, and at the same time an opportunity for a concrete contribution to the business of BBI Bank. Through planned trainings, learning based on work in different business areas and departments of the Bank, participants of the Program will acquire knowledge and skills that will be useful in their future independent work, strengthen their potential, and encourage the development of their future professional career. During the duration of the Program, the progress of the participants will be continuously monitored, with the possibility of continued employment at BBI Bank after its completion. Program participants will have the full support of mentors, as well as the same benefits as other employees of the Bank.
