You can monitor the monthly expenses and the available balance of your card via internet or mobile banking or via the monthly statement that we deliver to you by mail or e-mail.

Completed and signed Application Form for issuing a Purchase Card
The application form should be certified by the Employer
A photocopy of the CIPS application on the place of residence
A certified photocopy of the identity card
The last three payslips certified and signed by the head of accounting
Current account statement for the last three months
M2 form (application to PIO), salary specification certified by the tax administration for the last 3 months, for employees of the organizational forms STR, SUR, SZR and DOO
Certified Certificate of Seizure with the consent of the debtor (two copies) – upon approval of the card
Bill of exchange (two copies) – upon approval of the card
If the applicant has a guarantor, the guarantor must submit the same documentation as the Purchase Card user.
The bank makes the final decision on the approval of the issuance of the Purchase Card, and reserves the right to request additional documentation if it deems it necessary.
