New cycle of BBI Bank’s three-month paid Program

Participate in the “10 BBI Talents” Program and take the first step for a future professional career

Young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina face the challenge of finding their first job after finishing college, which makes it difficult for many to enter the labor market. BBI Bank has recognized this challenge and is proud to announce a new public call, as well as the start of applications for the second consecutive cycle of the “10 BBI Talents” Program, offering a unique opportunity to people who have a college education (first or second cycle of education) in economics, and are looking for first work experience, to join the BBI Bank team.

Through this Program, BBI Bank wants to participate in the future professional development of ten young, talented individuals, providing them with a structured experience and the opportunity to gain their first work experience within the Bank. The participants of this year’s edition of the Program will work with the support of experienced mentors, employees of BBI Bank, who will help them take their first professional steps and acquire the necessary knowledge and skills for a future career in banking. Ten participants of the previously implemented program “10 BBI talents in 2023” continued their careers at BBI Bank, which speaks of the success of this project.

Esma Semić, a participant of last year’s Program, currently employed in the position of Expert Associate for Information Security in the Risk Control Sector, shared her experience: “Participation enabled me not only to learn about the banking sector, but also to develop a network of contacts and gain invaluable experience which was crucial for my professional path.”

Ajdin Vladavić, also last year’s participant, now works as a Procurement Associate in the Procurement, Property and Security Management Department at BBI Bank: “The program gave me the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and develop skills that helped me start my career. The mentor’s support and working in the dynamic environment of BBI Bank were crucial for my professional development.”
