Below we provide important information about the changed working hours during the New Year holidays.

Friday, December 29, 2023. – the working hours of all BBI branches will be shortened until 2:00 p.m.

On the specified day, the receipt of orders for internal payment transactions and orders for foreign payment transactions in all branches will be done by 11:00 a.m., and all received orders will be processed in 2023. Domestic payment orders and foreign payment orders received on digital channels after 11:00 a.m. will be processed on the first working day in 2024. You can request a detailed schedule of receipt and execution of foreign payment orders at the parent BBI office.

Monday, 01.01. and Tuesday, 02.01.2024. will be non-working days for all organizational parts of the Bank.

The bank will reopen for business with clients on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 with normal business hours.

Modern card and digital products and services of the Bank are at your disposal and are always available, so that you can carry out your financial transactions smoothly without any difficulties 24/7.
