KVIKO presents a new service for sending and withdrawing money without a card.

The service is an additional convenience for the Bank’s clients, and to use it, you only need a mobile phone with Internet access and an open current account with the Bank.
In order to become a User of the KVIKO application, you need to contact our nearest office/branch and sign the application form.
KVIKO is an innovative mobile payment application that allows bank users to withdraw money without a card at ATMs.
The KVIKO application works very simply. The sender of funds, who should have a current account in BBI Bank, ASA Bank, or Union Bank, installs the KVIKO application on his phone. In addition to installation, in order to use the application, it is necessary to register the Kwiko service in one of the two previously mentioned banks, during which the user receives his activation code.
Then, in a few steps, using the application, he chooses the amount of funds he wants to send to the recipient, generating a unique code. The generated code is sent to the recipient of the money via SMS or any other communication channel (Viber, WhatsApp or FB). The recipient enters the received code on the ATM keyboard and withdraws the amount specified by the sender when sending.
Withdrawal of money
Withdrawals can be made at BBI Bank, ASA Bank and Union Bank ATMs. You don’t need a card or a bank account to withdraw money from an ATM using a code. It is enough to enter the code you received at the ATM and collect the amount sent to you by the sender of the code. Also, an open bank account is not required to withdraw money.

Kwiko instant is the first instant payment from account to account in BiH. It enables instant transfer of funds (in real time) from an account to a citizen’s account using only the recipient’s phone number. The recipient and the sender must have a contracted Kwiko service.
You can activate the service at any branch of BBI, ASA or Union Bank in Bosnia and Herzegovina. To activate the service, you need a copy of your ID card and a CIPS application that is not older than 6 months. After contracting the service at the Bank, you need to download the Kwiko application and enter the activation code that you will receive via SMS.
Kwiko instant is a service that is available to bank clients non-stop (24 hours a day) throughout the year. To access the service, the user must have an internet connection.
You can send money to another Kwiko user using only the other user’s phone number.

By selecting the KVIKO Top-up functionality, the user further selects the OLX top-up, the application then offers predefined amounts that the user can choose, or if he wishes, he can enter the top-up amount of his choice. After confirmation, the application creates a voucher that the user then enters in his OLX profile.
However, this is not the only convenience for OLX users, also through the KVIKO application, using the KVIKO Instant functionality, it is possible to make all payments or collections of the OLX store, without going to the bank, waiting in lines and waiting for money transfers.
