For this reason, our employees from the SME and Corporate segments are participating today in training dedicated to SDI profiling (Strength Deployment Inventory), as well as sales and negotiation models, led by expert trainer Sanda Ljukovac from Festina Lente.
These trainings go beyond theoretical knowledge—they provide practical skills that strengthen confidence in advisory roles, bring consistency to communication, and enhance our ability to build partnership-based relationships with clients and colleagues, grounded in trust and mutual understanding.
