Branch directors in the Sarajevo region have successfully completed the development cycle within the Management Excellence Program 2025/2026 and received certificates as confirmation of the knowledge and skills acquired.

The program is designed to strengthen key managerial competencies, ranging from improving operational processes and leading teams to building client relationships based on trust and long-term cooperation.

Interactive workshops, experience sharing, and work with lecturer Naida Pervan enabled participants to, through practical examples and collaborative engagement, cultivate a culture of excellence nurtured by continuous learning and consistent application in everyday business practices.
