BBI Bank strengthens family values through its Eid Program for children

On the occasion of Eid al-Adha, a series of carefully designed activities was organized within the BBI Program for Children, intended for the children of employees aged 0 to 18. The aim of the program was to create special moments for entire families while further strengthening family bonds, connection, and togetherness.
The program featured a variety of activities tailored to different age groups, combining educational, creative, and entertaining elements. Through play, art, and social interaction, participants developed their skills and created unforgettable memories.
The youngest participants, aged 0 to 3, took part in the sensory workshop“Imaginary Town” (Maštograd), held at the “Šipad” business building in Sarajevo. Through interactive play and exploration of various materials, children developed motor skills, curiosity, and sensory abilities, while parents actively participated and further strengthened their bond with their children through shared experiences.
For children aged 3 to 10, a performance of“Hedgehog’s Home”, inspired by the renowned work of Branko Ćopić, was organized. The play was performed at the Bosnian National Theatre in Zenica and at the “Šipad” business building in Sarajevo, bringing young audiences a warm and educational story about home, friendship, and important life values

Special attention was also given to older children. For participants aged 10 to 18, CineStar cinema gift vouchers were provided, allowing them to spend their leisure time enjoying films of their own choice.

“Investing in families and in the quality time of our employees is something we see as a foundation of a strong organizational culture. By creating an environment where professional and private life complement one another, we actively contribute to employee satisfaction and well-being. Through this program, we aim to provide children with experiences that encourage their development, while giving parents an opportunity to create lasting memories. We believe that this approach strengthens engagement, a sense of belonging, and trust within the organization over the long term,” said Sanela Mrgan Balić, Director of the Human Resources Department.

Through the implementation of these activities, BBI Bank reaffirms its commitment to creating a positive and supportive working environment for employees and their families, with a focus on strengthening family relationships, encouraging meaningful family time, and supporting the development of younger generations.
