BBI Bank offers young people without work experience a chance to take their first career step through a paid program

Following two highly successful cycles, BBI Bank is once again launching the “10 BBI Talents” program, offering an opportunity for young university graduates without prior work experience to take their first professional step in the banking sector.

The program is designed to provide hands-on learning, the development of professional competencies, and a competitive edge in the job market.

This three-month paid engagement includes an intensive development program during which participants, with the support of experienced mentors, gain insight into banking processes, develop key business skills, and build a professional network.

Through daily work in various organizational units, participants in the “10 BBI Talents” program build confidence, take initiative, discover their interests, and shape their future career paths.

Throughout the program, participants’ progress will be continuously monitored, with the possibility of continued employment at BBI Bank upon completion.

Who can apply?
All young individuals seeking their first professional work experience and holding a university degree in economics (first or second cycle of studies) are encouraged to apply.
